The goal of the framework is to minimize energy consumption while maintaining the desired cooling capacity. The approach combines predictive control, reinforcement learning, and world model simulations.


The framework was tested in a real-world university campus case study and resulted in a significant reduction in chiller and cooling tower fan energy consumption.
