• How are different benefits weighted?

• What baseline assumptions underlie the forecast?

• Has this model been tested against actual outcomes?

Current answer: "Those details are proprietary."

SVGA-AUDIT insists on transparency. Model cards document what the model does, what it doesn't, where it performs well, where it struggles.

Procurement teams and communities can understand the reasoning.

Transparent AI is trustworthy AI. Opaque AI is governance by black box.
