The AI model runs. Here's the estimate: £8.2m in benefit. Employment weighted at 40%. Childcare at 5%. Transit at 3%.


The community feedback was noted. But the weighting was already set by "best practice" benchmarks.


Community voices: heard. Community priorities: ignored.
